School Subject Colors (Explained)

Introduction

I remember having this CONSTANT conversation about colors and school subjects. There's the common, “Reading=Blue, Math=Red” or just ridiculous out-of-pocket linkage, “Science=Red and Math=Orange”. Regards to both, because if you think this, you are completely wrong. So please, give an opportunity to change your mind on which each school subject and colors go together.

Here Is My Order:

English is Red.

Math is Blue.

Science is Green.

Social Studies is Purple or Yellow.

This is the only correct answer; let me explain why.

English

Red is often seen as the color for the 'right' side: in politics, the brain, and temperature, so on... English, engages the right side of your brain, which is associated with imagination, intuition and creativity. When we read, we often seek relaxation, like a warm vacation. Since warmth and heat is linked with the color red, it's only natural.

Math

Blue is considered a 'left-side' color and is a cool tone. Coldness is generally unpleasant, much like the feeling many associate with Math. Not many people take cold showers, maybe for health reasons, but coldness and discomfort connect blue just as much as Math.

If you look at the charts, Physics is the most difficult subject to learn according to TheTopTens.com. What is physics? Math. Just like freezing weather, Math is a hard subject to grasp. That is why I believe Math is the color blue.

English and Math are probably the most controversial subjects to categorize, but no matter what you believe, one or the other is either Red or Blue. There's no exception. Blue and Red are the two colors that are predominantly used to describe opposites—competitors. English and Math are opposites...so...

Science

Science is Green. What is the main reason we have science? To learn about the world that is around us. Everything or a majority of things all get it’s necesities from the planet. The planet is mostly green. Also, out of all subjects, Science requires alot of investment. What color is money? That’s what makes science green. It’s self-explanatory, I would say.

Social Studies

In Social Studies books, have pyramids or Egyptian hieroglyphics. Most of Egypt's land is sand. Sand is yellow. I feel that might be a weak defense claim. So what about purple?

The color purple symbolizes royalty in history because of its popular usefulness. With the color mostly being relative to Egypt's past, it only further proves my statement. Social Studies Purple, with the exception of yellow.

Conclusion

This is not an opinion. This is a fact. I don't really know what else to tell you if you disagree, unless you have some sort of evidence to back you up. Because whoever said Math is orange must be working out some sort of physcological mental fortrous warfare, I don't know, cause that's diabolical. Anyway, that's all. Thankyou :)
