What If I were President of the United States?

Introduction
Right now, as the US stands, we are facing a historical time of fear and stress. America's growth in positive appellation is at an all-time low. According to ABC News, 60% people disapprove of Donald Trump's presidency. The highest it's been since he was first elected in 2021. He is only halfway into his term.
Unfortunately, I cannot be the President of the United States because I’m Canadian. But, if I were, here are four steps I would take to solve some issues in America.
Win the Americans and Unify
To save the America, I need to make the people to be optimistic. I am only one person, so in order for progress to be achieved, I need them to belive in possibilty though coming together regardless of our differences.
Unfortunently, it is theoretically impossible to bring people together because of their personal values. My main mission in achieving this will be finding a common ground. What conflict do most Americans agree should be resolved? Less labor and more affordability.
Health-care
College or Other Schooling finances
Housing (Including electricity, Water Bills, etc.)
Essentials (Healthy food, Safe Drinking Water, etc.)
Tackling Poverty
etc.
I want to replicate Switzerland's culture of discipline and harmony: I want Americans to be able to work and rest, without worries of not having enough money to create a safe living for themselves and others.
2. Socialism over Capitalism.
There are benefits to capitalism, but at times like now, it has been dominating and shattering the economy. What most people need more than anything now is community. Socialism.
Share, learn, and discover.
How would I do that? I would to install more Farms for local purchase, Malls, Libraries, Parks (pool, skate, widespread, Urban, National, etc.), Movie Theatres, and playgrounds (indoor/outdoor) for comunal spaces. Less urban neighborhoods that copy and paste, but more affordable rural housing.
I would need more agricultural and artistic practices in the mix of technology. Local Bands, Dance performances, etc. For example, maybe building solar panels to power cities and avoid installing them in grasslands where animals could live instead. And following Walt Disney’s Idea of setting trash cans in popular places to avoid littering. I would need archtechs to make the city more gorgeous to cover the boring tech. Japan did something similar. By turning footsteps into energy. Now, not only are the cities beautiful but they are also effective.
When there’s nature and whimsical sightings, theres is more happiness in the community. To engage the public even more I would approve of wider sidewalks to encourage walking/biking,
bumping into people and starting a conversation.
There will be police patrols to keep watch day in and day out, to protect and keep the towns safe in case someone would like to have a night stroll, or a local shop gets robbed.
I want US citizens living in the moment because when they do, it reduces usage of addictive technology and increases productivity.
3. Education and Health For Americans
People are working together, and more positive, decreasing depression and increasing cholesterol levels. With that in mind, I want to shift gears and focus on the Education and Health systems.
Education:
Generative AI is already affecting students in schools, whether their using it or not. I will ban AI usage as best as I can because of how it negatively impacts America. For example I would get rid of AI data centers causing environmental issues like water drought.
I would also increase teachers' pay simply because they are what create generations for society; they definitely deserve the most gratitude.
I want schools to prioritize children's health by avoiding processed products (like Michelle Obama’s Healthy, Hunger-Free Kids Act of 2010), I would want conversations about nutrition in classrooms so kids are aware of sneaky businesses trying to poison them for greedy profit.
I would be more strategic to end school shootings, continue the phone restrictions, cut back on technology as a teaching technique/bring back hardcover books in schools, and get students involved in helping out the community.
Also, in addition I’d want to make schools more fun and easier. For example, I’d look into studies to determine the best sleep schedule for kids and teens. Create environments for students to study and socialize, give them recess (maybe a nap classes) thought their entire years of their education, get them active in clubs and sports. When things are fun for kids and teens, it’s easier for them to focus and learn.
Health:
I know I grappled this a lot with my second step, but I want to really try and find alternatives. I want to spend money on electric vehicles, trains, and rented bikes/scooters.
I want to see more thrift shops and reusable necessities sold to consumers. less plastic packaging and synthetic products. More natural things like wood, cotton for clothing, and kitchen items.
I'll keep fast food branches, but I want fewer of them around America to reduce over consumption of ultra processed foods. I also want to ban additives, colorings, and other chemicals in foods and hygienic products since they are literally in almost every single American product.
I want people to be more analog and less digital. So, more trendy products should stick to this lane, with a one-time purchase guarantee. Like handheld games or magazines.
I would love if therapy, gym, and yoga classes were spread across the nation. Mental and physical health should be affordable.
Working too hard is an issue America struggles with. I don’t though it’s great to do that, your bodies weren’t built to work so much. So, I would make sure business employing give workers days to relax like were a child at school. Allow religious people to have opportunities to gather more, reduce the huge insomnia crisis. Not forgetting the retirement age. I will decrease it to 60-65. Rest is not laziness, it is essential for better quality of performance.
Lastly, I would make deadly addictive drugs and cigarettes expensive and harder to buy because of their negative effects. I would encourage more PSA advertisements to the public.
All these adjustments can help make America more active, reduce obesity/illness, and make living easier.
Better Relationships With Countries
After finally getting the US stabilized from focusing on fellow Americans, I want to branch out and befriend other countries. If a door is open, there would be opportunities to work together and share resources. For example, I recently did a study on Uganda about its trafficking issues. If Uganda and the U.S. teamed up, we could help them combat this issue. And yes, we don’t always need to ask for anything back. That’s not what friendships require in real life. This will reduce the chances of wars and improve life for other people across the globe.
International Groups that want to invent and innovate lives will receive money from the government. (Trash out of waters, Planting more trees, helping endangered species, creating food and fashion alternatives)
Matriarchy Vision
Male Dominance across countries has time and time again proved that women are far better in leadership spaces. Not to say men are horrible, but more irresponsible. I watched user: jamjiamazz share her ideas on a Matriarch lead America.
There are many biological strengths that men lack that women inherit, which can benefit the US.
Women are emotionally aware of their country's voice. Their ability to connect to different minorities, their brain capacity and maturity in economics, and problem-solving skills on worldly issues are what the United States needs most.
Women provide this the best.

Conclusion:
Every decade has had their own historical conflicts that have affected the world. Ad the future moves along it will always be the same. We’re not perfect, we’re human. In the beginning, I mentioned, one person cannot fix our problems on their own. Being intentional and working together can rewrite the future to its brightest. There is still much to combat; let's not quit.
